  3. Meet licensed contractors. With your permission, we introduce you to independent contractors licensed for the work. You compare, hire and pay them directly.

Plan it first

South Ocean Realty is not a contractor. Bryce Management, LLC d/b/a South Ocean Realty is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. We do not perform, bid on, price, supervise or guarantee construction or repair work. When you ask, we introduce you to independent contractors who hold the Florida license their trade requires. You decide whether to hire anyone, you sign your contract with the contractor and pay the contractor directly, and you are free to use any contractor. If a contractor would pay us for an introduction, we will tell you the amount before we make it. We do not take requests for work paid by a property insurance claim, and we do not help with insurance claims.
